Happy Saturday!!
It's been a minute since I've done any posting or made any cards. This is actually the first one in a few weeks and it felt great to be creative again. I got Covid :( then my husband got it. It's our first and hopefully our last experience with it - the Covid itself wasn't horrible -probably because we have had all the vaccines and boosters but the recovery from it has been a struggle - it's taking some time to get all our strength and energy back. I'm still exhausted at the end of the day but I have more energy to get through the day so that's a plus.
Anyways enough about me let's talk about this weeks challenge at Three Room Studio. The theme this week is ANIMALS. I knew instantly that I wanted to color the Deck the Howls Digi Image and have them sing Happy Birthday.
I printed the image onto some Canson Mix Media paper then colored the image with some Tombow Dual Brush Pens. (I've linked to all the colors I used below for you).
The sentiment is from the Simple Sentiments Stamp Set - one of my favorites. I stamped it all over a panel of card stock then cut the panel down using a stitched rectangle die. I love how it looks like patterned paper. I layered it onto a piece of kraft card stock then onto a white card base. I cut the image with a stitched rectangle die the cut away the top portion and added it with some craft foam for dimension. I added another Happy Birthday on the bottom and this card is done.

Thanks so much for spending a part of your day with me.
Take care,
Susan
