I had so much fun making the card above. I started by doing some ink smooshing onto some watercolor card stock by using ink from the ink pad and a little water. Next I used ink from the re-inker bottle and a little water to get a more intense color. I added some ink splatters then pulled out a few stamp sets to layer onto two opposite corners using Black Jack ink. I stamped the floral image a few times using my MISTI then quickly heat set it with clear embossing powder. I went back in with a tiny paint brush and re-inker with a drop or two of water and painted in the flower petals. I used a Posca Paint Pen to add some detail , then added it to a card base with craft foam. A simple embossed sentiment also added on craft finishes this card.

The next pic shows two quick and easy tags. The right one I ink blended on the Glam and Dress Blues ink, sprayed some water to get the drops, then splattered it with some white paint from my Posca Paint Pen. Next I stamped the sentiment then stamped & embossed the snowflakes and used the Posca Paint Pen to fill in the letters.
The other tag uses paper from the Urban Plaid Paper Pack, the same sentiment and a couple of ornaments from the Nostalgic Season Stamp set.

This next card uses the Glam and Dress Blues ink along with the Uptown ink that was revealed yesterday. I ink blended the card panel, added some water droplets, stamped and embossed the snowflakes then added an embossed sentiment.

My last card today uses all 6 of the new ink colors. I cut a slimline card base then die cut the Sitting Pretty Slimline Die and adhered it to the base leaving all the pieces intact. Next I stamped out a tree from the Nostalgic Season Stamp Set - one in each of the new colors - cut them out with the coordinating die then stamped on the base of the tree using Icing on the Cake ink. I adhered them to the card base - 3 with craft foam and 3 directly to the panel. A simple embossed sentiment finishes this card.

Which colors are your faves from this collection? I always gravitate to blues and greens but this new collection has me re-thinking the oranges and yellows. I love them all.
Leave me a comment saying which is your fave - I'd love to know.

******Please note that I've linked to the new inks below but they won't go live in the shop until the dates mentioned above.******

Happy Stampin'

Stay safe everyone!!
