UPTOWN WITH MARTINI FROM CATHERINE POOLER DESIGNS

Blues and greens have ALWAYS been a favorite color combo of mine and these two new inks from Catherine Pooler Designs are now my favorites. The Uptown and Martini inks are so rich, deep and gorgeous and look incredible together.

These two new inks, along with the two revealed yesterday will be in the shop on Wednesday, October 13th at 9am EST

I ink blended Uptown on the tag and splattered it with water to get the background for the tree. The tree is stamped with Martini & Icing on the Cake inks and die cut with the coordinating die. I added it to the tag with craft foam then embossed the sentiment & added it directly to the tag.

For the card below I ink blended both Martini and Uptown inks onto a card panel then splattered it with water. Love that look. I embossed some card stock with Halo embossing powder then cut the snowflakes and adhered them to the panel. I added that to the card base with craft foam then added the embossed sentiment with more craft foam.

This next card I stamped the Ornamental Background stamp with Uptown ink onto a card panel then quickly embossed it with clear embossing powder. Next I ink blended on Martini, Glitz and Flame inks then wiped it with a micro fiber cloth to remove the ink that was sitting on top of the embossed areas. I added that to a card base with craft foam then added the embossed sentiment.

This next card uses the Vintage Baubles background Stamp. I inked it up with Glitz, Flame and Martini onto a card panel I used the same inks to blend around the edges of the panel then added it to a card base with craft foam. A simple embossed sentiment finishes this card off.

For this last card I stamped the Garland Border at the top of the card panel and colored it in using all 4 ink colors - I love the look of Martini and Uptown on the leaves with the pop of Flame and Glitz in the berries and flowers. The stockings are hung from the border with the middle one attached with craft foam. I stamped a simple sentiment with Midnight ink then added the panel to a card base with craft foam.

****Please note that I've linked to the new inks below but they won't go live in the shop until Oct. 13th****

Happy Stampin'

Stay safe everyone!!
