Hi Friends! Welcome back to my blog. I've got another card to share with you today using the other 4 inks from the new Date Night Ink Collection. Yesterday I used the Do-Si-Do, Catching Rays, In the Park and Cumberbund on this card. Today I used the Chiffon, Pucker Up, Serenade and Drive-in inks.
These inks along with the Love-N-Hearts Collection will be in the shop on Wednesday, January 13th at 9am EST - BUT if you're a StampNation member then you can order on Tuesday, January 12th at Noon EST
Check out these new blending brushes that will be in the shop on Wednesday!
I started with some ink blending on a white piece of card stock cut to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2". I wanted a one layer card but I don't like blending on the whole front of a card as I always, always, always get ink on some other part of the card.
I started with Chiffon, then Pucker Up, next was Serenade and then to finish it off was Drive-in.
Next I stamped the floral image and the sentiment from the Beautiful Day Floral Stamp Set using my MISTI and Midnight ink. I stamped it a few times to get a nice deep dark black image.
To finish the card I added it to a card base and then using the POSCA white paint pen I filled in some of the leaves, the inside of the flowers and added a few dots.
This was a quick card to make and would look great done in all kinds of color combos.
What color combo would you do? Leave me a comment - I'd love to know.
*** Please note: I've linked below to all the products I've used and some of the new products too. The new ones are listed first but won't be live until the dates mentioned above***
Happy Stampin'
and thanks so much for visiting!
Stay safe everyone!!
