Hello and welcome to my blog. I recently discovered Polkadoodles Stamps & Papercrafting and have been purchasing and coloring images like crazy. I've got a few ready to share with you and the image I'm sharing today is called Gnome Spring Chicks. It's available in b&w but if you don't feel like coloring or you're in need of a super quick card then you can also purchase it already colored.
I printed the image onto white card stock then colored it in with my Prismacolor pencils. The colors I used are listed below for you.
I cut the panel to 4 x 5 1/4", stamped a simple Easter sentiment from the Spring into Easter Stamp Set from Catherine Pooler Designs then added it directly to a card base.
If you've been wanting to try digital images but haven't yet here are a few reasons why I love them.
1. My favorite thing about using digital images is that when you purchase a digital image it's ready for you to download and start using right away. No waiting for snail mail!
2. The price point is another favorite. Where I live sometimes the shipping costs are as expensive or more expensive than the product I want to order and I can't justify that.
3. You can print the image any size you want.
Prismacolor Pencils used:
109, 912, 989
1022, 901
1011, 940, 917, 1034, 1033
1008, 993
935, 1065, 1060
947, 939, 997, 1017
I'm playing along with the following challenges:

Thanks so much for spending a part of your day with me.
Take care,
Susan
