Hi Friends!
Welcome to the first Saturday Challenge of 2023 with Three Room Studio. This week we are using the photo below as inspiration. I was inspired by the hearts and the flowers and chose to make a heart background for my flower covered mugs.
I started with the Heart Ray Quarter Stencil from Three Room Studio and blended Catherine Pooler inks over top onto CP cardstock. I cut the panel down with a stitched rectangle die from Lawn Fawn.
I also cut a panel of kraft card stock and a piece of patterned paper from Catherine Pooler using stitched rectangles. I distressed all the edges then blended some S'mores ink around all the edges.
I adhered the bottom two layers directly to the card base then added the heart panel using some craft foam for dimension.
I stamped the mugs from the Let's Hygge Stamp Set onto some CP floral patterned paper, cut them out and adhered them to the heart panel with some more craft foam.
The sentiment is from Three Room Studios Simple Sentiments Stamp Set. I embossed it in white onto some kraft cardstock, added some S'mores ink around the edge then adhered it directly to the card.
