StampNation just turned 12 and we're celebrating with a fun birthday card challenge.

Now for my card.
One of my favorite things to do on my birthday is to go camping and watch the sunset on the water. Luckily my birthday is in August which makes it easy to enjoy a beach sunset.
I started by blending the sky with distress oxide inks onto CP white card stock (all products used are linked below) then cut the panel with a stitched rectangle die. I used some stitched hillside border dies to cut some sand hills then cut them with the same stitched rectangle die as the sky so the edges fit the same.
I blended on some CP ink and adhered them to the panel.
I embossed a simple sentiment then splattered on some 'stars' using some white acrylic paint I got from the dollar store - nothing fancy. Next I stamped the two chairs and umbrella, colored them in with the same oxide inks I used on the sky then cut them out with their coordinating dies.
I adhered the panel to the card base with craft foam then adhered the stamped pieces.
The only thing missing on this card for what would be a perfect end to my birthday is more chairs so my family could all be there with me.
