Hi Friends! I hope you are all doing well and surviving all the holiday prep. This is the first year that I am actually ahead of the game. I even bought my turkey the other day. (giving myself a pat on the back right now lol).
Every year I make a few pink Christmas cards. It started as a challenge because pink was a color I never used but now I look forward to making them and often they are some of my favorite ones I make.
This year I made three and used the same products for all of them.
I used an older Pinkfresh Studios Christmas Florals stamp set. Sorry, I couldn't find it to link to for you. All the images are embossed with Rose Gold embossing powder onto some pale pink card stock and colored with CPD ink and a blender pen. The white ink is from Hero Arts.
The sentiments are all embossed in the same Rose Gold embossing powder. I cut all the panels with stitched rectangle dies then added them to the card bases with craft foam.
Before adding this last panel to the base, I splattered it with white acrylic paint for some snow or what looks more like a blizzard.
I think I have enough cards made so now I need to get them in the mail. My goal is to have them all written tomorrow and in the mail on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
Thanks so much for spending a part of your day with me.
Take care,
Susan
