I'm playing along with a fun Tag challenge over at StampNation. The idea is to make a card with a tag then tag someone else to make a card using a tag as well. We've been having such hot weather and combine that with my hot flashes I was wishing there was snow outside so I could run out there and cool off so I made a Christmas card.
I started by cutting the large tag and ink blending Oh Boy! over most of the tag then Something Borrowed and Blue Suede Shoes ink just around the outer edges. I cut the Polar Edge Die from vellum and adhered that to the side of the tag.
I used the Peaceful Poinsettia Embossing Folder from Taylored Expressions to emboss a panel to add to the card base. The sentiment is from the Holiday Mix Stamp Set (one of my all time faves), embossed with white powder onto black card stock and popped up with some craft foam. A little black & white bakers twine finish the card.
