The Mirror Mirror Image reminds me of when our girls were little and they would play dress up so I knew I had to color it.
I printed it onto some mixed media paper because I knew I was going to do some watercolor. I pulled out my hardly used Altenew Watercolor Essential Set and had some fun. I'm not sure why I don't use the Altenew set more - probably because they were in the bottom of a drawer - out of sight out of mind. They are now sitting on my desk so I use them more.
When I was done coloring the image I cut the panel with the largest die in the Lawn Fawn Small Stitched 4 Bar Rectangle Dies then layered it with craft foam onto some Licorice card stock. I adhered that directly to a white card base.
This image reminds me so much to relax and have fun and be silly so I chose a sentiment from Catherine Pooler Designs Notable and Quotable Stamp Set and embossed with white embossing powder onto Licorice card stock.
This card really took me down memory lane. I love when images do that.
