PPCF AND YOUR NEXT STAMP

I'm sharing two cards today using some Your Next Stamp stamps and dies. They also just happen to be the sponsor this weekend over at the Passionate Paper Creations and Friends Facebook Group and they are offering the members a discount to shop in their store but you have to be a member of the group.
It's easy to become a member of the PPCF group. Just hop on over HERE and ask to be a member. Then head on over to the Your Next Stamp shop and have some fun with your discount.

I've had both of these sets for a long time and couldn't decide which one to use today - so I used them both.
I used the Clink Stamp Set and the Coordinating Die for this first card. Unfortunately at the time of me writing this post the stamp set is out of stock but you can hit the 'Notify Me' button to be notified when it is available again.

I stamped the image on some mixed media paper and colored it with my Tombow Dual Brush Pens. I used 847 Crimson for the ribbon, 062 Pale Yellow and 991 Light Ochre for the champagne in the glasses, N75 Cool Gray 3 and N45 Cool Gray 10 for the stems of the glasses and the sparklers. I cut it out with the coordinating die and layered it on to some craft foam I also cut using the die.

I cut a piece of white card stock using the large stitched rectangle from the Postage Stamp Die Set. I had a strip of b&w striped paper from MFT on my desk and I cut that with the same die only cutting the top and bottom edges. I adhered them together then adhered them to a white card base. I stamped the sentiment on the side then adhered the champagne glasses. It's hard to see in the pics but I used a glitter pen to add some sparkle to the champagne.

My next card was even easier to make. I used the So Sorry Donkey Stamp set and coordinating die for this one. Unfortunately this stamp set is also out of stock at the time I'm writing this post but just hit the 'Notify Me' button to be notified when it's back in stock.

I stamped the image onto some Mixed Media paper and colored the image with my Tombow Dual Brush Pens. I used N49 Warm Gray 8 for the Donkey, 761 Carnation for the ears and 451 Sky Blue for the eyes then cut it out with the coordinating die.

I used two different patterns of paper from the Catherine Pooler Designs Gardeners Notebook Paper and put the on the side of a piece of white card stock cut to 4 x 5 1/4" tearing the edges of one of the patterns for some more texture.

I positioned the donkey where I wanted it then stamped the sentiment below then adhered the donkey using craft foam. I think he'd look cute with a wobbler and some googly eyes. Maybe next time.

Thanks so much for spending part of your day with me.

Take care,
Susan
