ENJOY THE LITTLE THINGS

Conie Fong is sponsoring us at Passionate Paper Creations and Friends facebook community. She has some of the cutest, most adorable images. She's offering a special discount for the PPCF members so if you're thinking about doing  little shopping then you'll want to join Passionate Paper Creations and Friends (if you aren't already a member) so you can grab that discount code.

I have two cards to share with you today. The image on this first one is called Flutterby Daisy and it is so sweet. I colored her with my Prismacolor Pencils and then fussy cut her out. I opted to put her on a slimline card base that I first added a panel cut with Folk Star Slimline Die from Catherine Pooler Designs. The stem of the flower is adhered directly to the panel and the rest of the image is popped up with some craft foam.

The sentiment is from Catherine Pooler Designs Thoughtful Phrases Stamp Set. I embossed it with WOW white embossing powder onto some black card stock and popped that up on the card with some craft foam. The little butterfly is popped up with craft foam as well. I added a few enamel dots from my stash around the card to finish it off.

My second card today uses the image Dragon Bouquet. I love how big the bouquet is compared to the dragon.

I used my Prismacolor pencils for this image as well. I cut the panel with the largest die in the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Rectangle Die Set - this is the same size as the front of a card which helps it to look like a one layer card.

After I adhered the panel to the card base I stamped the sentiment directly onto the panel to keep the illusion that this is a one layer card. The sentiment is from the Catherine Pooler Designs Mothers & Daughters Sentiments Stamp Set.

Thanks so much for spending some of your day with me.

Take care.
Susan
