THREE ROOM STUDIO SATURDAY CHALLENGE - REPEAT STAMPING

Hi Everyone! Happy Saturday!!

It's time for another challenge at Three Room Studio and this week I am your host with the theme of Repeat Stamping.

I love this technique. It's quick, it's easy and I'm always happy with the results.

I have two cards to share with you today. On the first card I repeat the sentiment and the floral image.

I used my MISTI to stamp the sentiment from the Simple Sentiments Stamp SetIt's the only way I could get even stamping like I did. I placed the card stock in the corner of the MISTI and the stamp in the MISTI so it would be in the center of the panel. I inked it up and stamped it then moved the panel up 1/4" then stamped again. I repeated this process until I got to the bottom. I put the panel back in the corner of the MISTI then repeated the process moving the panel up 1/4" at a time until I got to the top.

I stamped the floral image from Mom's Hibiscus Stamp Set 3x, cut them out with the coordinating die which I remembered I had this time. I've used this set a few times and fussy cut the image each time because I forgot every time that I have the die.
I colored the images in using Copics and Altenew Artist Markers, cut the panel using the large die from the Lawn Fawn Small Stitched Rectangle Die Set and adhered that directly to a white card base. I adhered the flowers popping one of them up with craft foam.

My second card was very quick and easy to make.

I stamped the frog from the It's a Ponderful Life Stamp Set, repeating it 3x. I used 3 different green inks from Catherine Pooler Designs and added the stripes by swiping the ink pads (I used mini ink pads) across the image creating a repeating stripe pattern.
Next I stamped the sentiment from the YAY! Stamp Set and cut the panel using the 2nd largest die in the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Rectangle Die Set. I layered that onto some black card stock then added that to a white card base with some craft foam.

I'm submitting my first card to the Color Hues Challenge

and my second card I'm submitting to the Seize the Birthday Challenge

Happy Stampin'

and thanks so much for visiting!

I love your take on the challenge. Very, very creative. Makes the froggies look a bit like chameleons. Thanks so much for playing with us at the Seize the Birthday challenge blog!
