I've got another card to share with you today using some of the products from the Gardener's Treasure Bundle and one of the new Apothecary inks. I used the Dried Treasures Stamps & Dies, the Tuscany Sequins and the new Wintergreen ink.
I also used a couple of products from the last release called Celebrate Spring. I used the Just Mom Word Die and the Mother's & Daughters Sentiments Stamp Set.
I pulled out a few classics too - the Woodgrain Background Stamp, the Plaid Background Stamp and probably my most used CPD product - the Postage Stamp Die Set.
I used Twilight ink for the Woodgrain Background stamp and Black Jack ink for the Plaid Background Stamp. I cut the inked panel with the large stitched rectangle die in the Postage Stamp Die set. I layered it onto a piece of black card stock leaving the tiniest border then adhered it directly to a white card base.
I stamped the pots with Twilight ink onto some watercolor card stock, heat set them with clear embossing powder then using Twilight, Black Jack inks and some water I painted them. I fussy cut them out because I didn't want to have a border around them.
I added the pot on the right directly to the panel and the others with craft foam. I stamped the floral images with Black Jack ink and colored them in using a blender pen, Wintergreen, Sea Glass and Daydream inks. I cut them with the coordinating die and added them to the card.
The embossed sentiment is from the Mother's & Daughters Sentiments Stamp Set. I did direct to paper with Daydream ink and cut the Just Mom die from that, from white card stock and from black craft foam. I layered them all together then added it to the card finishing off with a few sequins.
This may be my favorite card that I've made with this release.
