YOU ARE LOVED FROM CATHERINE POOLER DESIGNS

Hello Friends. I hope you had a great weekend! I sure did.

More and more I go on line to do some work and an hour later I've accomplished nothing that I set out to do BUT I completed a couple of puzzles, about 10 sudokus, scrolled through Instagram, watched some animal videos on YouTube...
Please tell me I'm not the only one who does this.

Even though I didn't get everything done this weekend that I intended I did unplug from the computer and put my phone down long enough to go for a few walks with my husband and dog. I even read a book! And now I feel energized to get some things done. Starting with sharing my latest card made with some products from the Magnificent Mom Bundle from Catherine Pooler Designs.

Sometimes you just want to tell someone that they are loved. The sentiments in the Mothers & Daughters Sentiments stamp set are perfect. I used the 'you are loved' sentiment from this set and stamped it with Midnight ink onto a circle that I cut from one of the papers in the Happy Mama Paper Pack. I have been LOVING this pack.
I added the circle to a white card base using craft foam then worked on the rest of the card.

I stamped some of the images from the Fresh Picked Floral Stamp Set and cut them out with the coordinating dies. Using a blender pen I added a little bit of color. I used Minted for the leaves, Tiara for the center of the lilies and a little bit of Twilight for shading on the lilies.
I adhered them to the card then added some Helsinki Sequins to finish it off.

This card makes me smile. I hope it puts a smile on the face of the person I send it to.

You definitely aren't the only that's how I started blogging, went online to check out the weather and ended up buying an electronic cutting machine and had never made a card in my life.We have a way of being distracted with the "interweb" as an old friend put it.OOps back to your card, beautifully CAS with an understated colour palette and perfect placement who could ask for more than that.

Haha, I'm in your easily distracted club, but I tend to get distracted by craft supplies. Your card is beautiful, I love the combination of the grey and yellow, and I'm sure that the recipient will be delighted by its beauty and sentiment.
