After printing the image onto some Neenah 80lb card stock I colored it in using my Prismacolor Pencils (listed below). I kept the coloring all very soft except for the balloon and then used the Cloud Stencil from MFT and some Tumbled Glass Distress Ink to create a soft sky for the background.
I cut the panel using the second largest die in the Lawn Fawn Large 4 Bar Stitched Rectangle Dies and layered it on to some grey card stock I had in my stash. I stamped the sentiment (after performing a little stamp surgery) from Avery Elles Loads of Wishes using Versafine Onyx Black ink.
For the card base I added a strip of patterned paper from Catherine Pooler Designs Sum-Sum-Summertime Paper Pack.
I adhered the panel to the card base using some craft foam then added a few sequins from Catherine Pooler Designs Paisley Park Sequin Mix. I finished the card by adding some Nuvo Crystal Clear Morning Dew Drops to the heart balloon. It's kind of hard to see in the pic but in real life it adds a bit of fun and some shine.
