I stamped the image and the sentiment with Midnight ink from Catherine Pooler Designs onto a piece of Mixed Media card stock. I used my Mini MISTI so that after I colored the image I could stamp it again to freshen up the black lines.
I colored the image in with some Tombow Dual Brush Pens and a white Posca Paint Pen. I cut the panel with the largest die from the Small 4 Bar Stitched Rectangle Dies. I layered it onto a piece of Gina K Moonlit Fog card stock then using craft foam I added that to the card base.
