I colored this cake loving guy with some Tombow Dual Brush Pens on some mixed media paper. I forgot to write down the colors I used but they were from the two sets I linked to below.
I decided to pair him with some patterned paper. Actually a LOT of patterned paper. All this pattern is not something I generally gravitate to but when you use a pack like the Sketchbook Patterned Paper pack from Catherine Pooler Designs then you know all the patterns will work together. I went with lots of circle shapes and patterns as they reminded me of balloons.
I kept the sentiment simple and adhered all but one circle and the colored image directly to the card base. I used craft foam for the one circle and the colored image.
Now to go do some shopping at Sweet Sentiment Stamps :)
