The newest collection from Catherine Pooler Designs is in the shop today at 9am EST.
I've been playing with the Big Blossoms Bundle which includes:
- Big Blossoms Stamp Set
- Big Blossoms Die Set
- In The Square Stencil
and the Notes of Love Sentiments Stamps & Dies which are part of the
Notes of Love Bundle
I used the In The Square Stencil to emboss a piece of white card stock. I ran the stencil, a piece of card stock and a foam pad through my die cutting machine. This pushes the stencil into the paper leaving an impression. Sorry it's not easy to see in the photo. I used the same stencil blending Mardi Gras and In The Park inks onto another card stock panel and cut it with one of the Circles Dies.
I stamped the flowers from the Big Blossoms Stamp Set using Cranberry Fizz and Flirty Fuchsia inks and cut them out with the coordinating die. I used Tiki Torch for the flower centers. The leaves are stamped with Mardi Gras, In The Park and Deck The Halls inks.
The sentiment is from the Notes of Love Sentiments Stamp Set, stamped with Deck the Halls ink and cut out with a coordinating die. I did cut the sentiment in half to add to the card.
I layered everything onto a white card base then added a few die cut hearts colored with Cranberry Fizz ink.
