I've had this Winter Sparrows stamp set and the coordinating die set for a LONG time but I don't use it near enough. I decided to make a tag with it now I think I need to make a coordinating card. 

I started with a grayish color card stock from my pile of scraps and cut the tag. Next I blended on the Distress Oxide inks and then went around the edges with the Black Soot Distress ink. I spritzed it with a little water to get the 'falling snow' look. I cut some snow for the ground from white card stock and adhered them to the base of the tag popping the bottom piece up on craft foam.

Next I stamped all the images, colored them with my Copics and cut them out with the coordinating dies. I adhered all the images to the tag then splattered on some white acrylic paint for more snow. I finished the tag with a simple embossed sentiment and some red twine.
