STACKED FLOWERS

This card may look like it took a lot of effort but actually it was fairly quick and easy to make.
I started by stamping out the large flower from the Miss Your Smile Stamp Set from Pinkfresh Studio onto some white card stock. This is such a gorgeous stamp set. There's also a set of layering stencils that coordinate with it and I shared 3 cards using the stencils HERE. I made a video also showing how the stencils work which you can check out HERE

Back to this card. I stamped out the full flower once then stamped the larger flower portion 2 more times. I colored them all in with my Prismacolor pencils then cut the 2 larger flowers so that I could stack them on top of each other to build up the layers. I know I'm not explaining it very well and hopefully this next pic shows exactly what I mean.

I used craft foam to adhere each layer giving it a lot of dimension. I pieced together two stamps to make the sentiment. The Birthday is from Penny Blacks Sentiment Colelction - it's such a pretty font. The happy is from another set and for the life of me I can't remember which one I used. I just masked off the portion of the stamp I didn't want to use, added the ink, removed the mask then stamped the sentiment.
I added the panel to a white card base and now to give this card to my Mom.

Happy Stampin'

and thanks so much for visiting!

Stay safe everyone!!
