Today's card uses the new Garland Border Stamp Set and one of my favorite techniques - ink smooshing. This stamp set set is part of the Nostalgic Season Bundle. The bundles come with a discount but all the products are available individually as well.

Even though it's a border stamp set that doesn't mean you have to use it for a border on your card. I inked it up with some embossing ink, stamped it all over a piece of water color paper then heat embossed it with some WOW Metallic Platinum Embossing Powder. Once it was heat set I squished the ink pads onto a large stamping block. I used Samba and Eucalyptus. I spritzed them with some water then pressed my paper into it. Once I was happy with the coverage I used my heat gun to dry it.

I used the Red Gold and the Champagne Gold from the Kuretake Starry Nights paint to splatter onto the panel and the card base. I used one of the larger circles from the Circles Dies to cut the panel and then added it to the card base with some craft foam.
The sentiment is from the Holiday Mix Stamp Set - one of my most loved and favorite stamp sets - I heat embossed it with the metallic Platinum Embossing Powder from WOW onto black card stock and adhered it directly to the card.

***Please note - I've linked to all the products I used below but the new ones won't go live in the shop until the times mentioned above. ***

Happy Stampin'

and thanks so much for visiting!

Stay safe everyone!!
