I'm shakin' it up today with a shaker card. I started by die cutting a 4 x 5 1/4" panel 3 times with the Party Word Die and added a sheet of acetate to the back. Next I added ink to the 3 frames that were cut from the panel and adhered them back into their spots on the panel. I inked up the middle pieces of the p's & the a's and adhered them to the acetate as well.
Next I loaded up the back of the panel with pieces of craft foam going around the edges and around each of the words making 3 separate pockets for sequins.
I swiped some Merlot ink around the edges of the front of the card base, loaded up the 3 pockets with sequins and adhered the card base to the back of the panel.
I finished the card with a simple sentiment stamped with Merlot ink and a few die cut stars inked up with all the same ink colors. I added a little glitter to the stars with a clear sparkle pen and this card is done.
Now to spend a few minutes playing with it.
