Even though it looks like there's a lot going on for this card it came together really quickly.
I started with the background piece. I repeatedly stamped one of the sentiments from the Make a Wish stamp set over a 4 x 5 1/4" panel using Serene and Mint to Be inks. I used a blending brush to blend Serene ink around the edges and added it directly to a white card base.
Next I stamped the Scribbles Background Stamp with embossing ink onto a 4 x 5 1/4" panel and heat embossed it with Halo Embossing powder. Next I blended Mint to Be ink over the whole piece then cut a circle from it. I cut off one little edge and added them to the first panel like you see in the pic using craft foam for the larger piece.
The candles are cut from the Black Tie Gala Paper and adhered directly to the circle. The flames are stamped with Shea Butter ink and adhered directly to the lower panel. The sentiment is stamped with Midnight ink with some Serene ink blended around the edges and added with craft foam.
