Today's the day!
The Make a Wish Collection from Catherine Pooler Designs is in the shop at 9am EST today!
I've been having a blast with this release. I think I made the most cards for this release than any other.
I have a simple slimline card to share with you today using the following new products:
- Make a Wish Stamp Set
-Make a Wish Die Set
- Serene Ink
- Merlot Ink
- Sparkling Berry Ink
I started with the Post This Slimline Die and cut the two panels. I adhered the Postage Stamp one directly to the card base and did some ink blending on the stitched edge on. I started by masking off the area for the sentiment, covering it with Serene ink using a blending brush then stamping the sentiment with Merlot ink.
Next I masked off the sentiment and blended Daydream ink below and Sparkling Berry above. Next I blended Shea Butter from the top of the panel down to meet the Sparkling Berry. I added the panel to the card base with craft foam.
I die cut the candles from the Black Tie Gala Patterned Paper, added them with craft foam then die cut the flames. I inked them up with Shea Butter ink, added some sparkle from a glitter pen and added them to the card with craft foam.
With all the fun ink colors and patterned paper that Catherine has the possibilities for this card are endless.
