Spring Garden Release Day!!

 

Today's the day!!!

All the products from Catherine Pooler Designs Spring Garden Release is in the shop at 9am EST. 

Are you ready to shop and to make some super cute cards?

I've got a fun card for you today.

First I need to say sorry. I didn't realize when I made the card that the stencil I used on the background is no longer available but no worries there are so many awesome stencils that would work just as well.

I started with a panel of white card stock and using a CPD blending brush I ink blended on It's a Boy, Cummerbund, All That Jazz and Fiesta Blue inks. Next I added the stencil and repeated the same process. I used the large stitched rectangle die from the Postage Stamp Die set and cut a panel. I added it to a white card base with some craft foam.

Next up is that cute bunny from the Spring Into Easter Stamp set. Some simple coloring with Twilight and Black Jack ink, a little It's a Girl for the ears and the cheeks and then some fun with the glasses and the carrot. The glasses are from the Pet Specs Dies and are cut from black card stock. The carrot is from the Critter Crew Stamps & Dies.

The sentiment is from the Block Alphabet Dies. I inked up each letter in one color then using a blending brush I added the darker shade at the bottom.
