CLEAN AND SIMPLE

 

I was perusing the internet the other day and saw a couple of clean and simple challenges and another clean and simple one with a theme of animal. I thought of the Peeking Pets Stamps and Dies from Catherine Pooler Designs right away and an idea popped in my head. 

If you're ever in a creative slump I highly recommend challenges - they're a great way to be inspired.

The image is stamped with Midnight ink onto a piece of neutral color card stock from my pile of scraps. I cut it out with the coordinating die and adhered it to the bottom of a white card stock panel cut with a stitched rectangle die. I attached the panel to a white card base with some craft foam.

The sentiment was just as simple. I die cut a speech bubble using the Critter Crew Dies and then using the Block Alphabet Dies I cut out the word Hi. I adhered them together then stamped a little paw print from The Peeking Pets Stamp Set then added that to the card with some more craft foam. 

When a card is this CAS I like to use craft foam to give it dimension and some detail.
