IT'S RELEASE DAY!!

 

Catherine Pooler Designs newest release is in the shop today at 9am EST. The For Your Crew Release has 4 bundles - The Hip Crew, The Posh Crew, The Preppy Crew and the Party Crew. 

I have two cards for you today.

This first one is SO incredibly easy and I love how it turned out. I simply stamped the Chatterbox Background stamp with Midnight ink onto white card stock cut to 4x 5 1/4". I used a black marker and colored in the empty space then adhered a Rockin' Red heart that I cut with the Critter Crew Die Set.

This next card has a bit more going on. I started with a white piece of card stock and used the Good Things Mini Cover Plate to cut out a frame. I used the small Happy Birthday stamp from the Critter Crew Stamp set and Midnight ink to cover the frame. I added a sheet of acetate to the back of the frame. When I was looking through my stamps I saw that I had some trees from the Wild About You Stamp Set all inked up with Spruce ink and ready to go. I used In the Park and Cummerbund along with Catherine's new blending brushes to ink up the front of the card base. I added the trees and hid a cute owl in them before adding the frame with some craft foam. I used the Critter Crew stamps and dies to add the rest of the cute critters and sentiments.

These stamps work beautifully with so many others in the CPD collection. I'm eager to pull out some stamps and have some fun.
