STAMPING ON ZOOM WITH FRIENDS

Yesterday Catherine Pooler and a bunch of the StampNation members along with some of the design team had some fun creating together on Zoom. StampNation is turning 10 in January and we're celebrating with some fun new products.

I used the Birthday Cake Remix Dies to make this card while visiting with all the fun people on Zoom. Crafting time has definitely been different lately but it's nice to know there are ways to still get together - even if it is virtual it's still fun.

I started by stamping the Doin' The Polka Background stamp onto some white card stock with embossing ink then heat setting it with Wow halo embossing powder. I used the cake dies from the Birthday Cake Remix Dies to cut out the cake.

Next I stamped some flowers from the Toucan Do It stamp set, colored them in using a blender pen and then cut them out with the coordinating dies. I pieced the cake together, added the flowers then made the background.
I cut a panel from white card stock using the Circle Squared Slimline Die, adhered it another piece of white cardstock so it looked more solid  and cut it down using the large stitched rectangle from the Postage Stamp Die set. I adhered it to a white card base and then added the cake on top with some craft foam for dimension.
I'm leaving the sentiment for the inside. I was thinking this could be a wedding card but it could also be a fancy birthday card.

Are you getting together with friends in creative ways to craft? Facetime? Zoom? Leave me a comment letting me know.

Happy Stampin'
and thanks so much for visiting!

Stay safe everyone!!
