ICONIC CHRISTMAS HOP WITH SCRAP'N STAMP

Christmas is so many things to so many people but we all think of stockings, trees, candy canes, snowflakes, ornaments, stars and so much more. These are all iconic symbols of Christmas and the feature of this months hop at Scrap'n Stamp Canada.

You may have arrived from the talented Kia but if not I have listed all the links below.

First off - the prize. Scrap'n Stamp Canada is giving away a $50 Gift Certificate to one lucky commenter. So be sure to leave a comment here and at all the stops along the hop to increase your chances of winning. The winner will be announced before Christmas.

And all weekend Scrap'n Stamp is offering 25% OFF select items so maybe it's time to treat yourself to an early Christmas present.

I made 5 cards using the Iconic Christmas Dies and the Iconic Christmas Turnabout Stamp Set. These products are so much fun to play with that I couldn't stop making cards. I still have more ideas.

I had a package of glitter card stock that I thought was perfect for these dies. After I die cut the images I pieced them together. I Also cut two panels of glitter card stock using a Stitched Rectangle from Lawn fawn.

I embossed most of the sentiments with white embossing powder on black card stock and added them to the cards with craft foam.

This next card used the Iconic Christmas Turnabout Stamp and 4 Distress Oxide Inks - Candied Apple, Fired Brick, Peeled Paint and Twisted Citron - and a stamp positioning tool to make the panel. I did some direct to paper to make the card stock for the sentiments and then heat embossed them with white embossing powder.

Time to HOP
and remember to leave a comment for a chance to win that $50 Gift Certificate. Next on the hop is Deborah and in case you missed any - all the blogs are listed below.
