IT'S SNOW TIME

My hubby and I just got back from a long walk in the snow. 

Blue sky everywhere and snow on the trees and the ground - it was beautiful. 

It reminded me that I hadn't shared this card with you yet. I love the bunnies from the Bunny Slopes Stamp Set - they're skating, skiing and tobogganing and they look so cute doing it. There's one bunny that's tobogganing but I wanted two so I did some mirror image stamping. I've tried this quite a few times in the past but always failed. Recently I started using my MISTI when I do mirror stamping and now it works every time I do it. 

I used the One Fine Tree Background Stamp and Spruce Ink for the background. Next I stamped on some snowflakes with embossing ink and heat set them with white embossing powder. I cut a couple of snow banks from white card stock and added them to the background panel. Once I colored in the bunnies I cut the original one with the coordinating die and I fussy cut the mirrored one. I stamped the sentiment in Midnight ink then added the bunnies with craft foam.

Now I want to go tobogganing :)
