HEY PUMPKIN!

I LOVE FALL! 

And these pumpkins from the Hey Pumpkin Stamps and Dies are perfect for Fall themed cards. The patterns on the pumpkins make them extra cute.

Some of you may find this odd but as much as I love Fall and pumpkins I'm not a fan of Halloween. Never have been. I love seeing the kids all dressed up and handing out candy to the little trick or treaters but I've never been one for dressing up or even as a kid I didn't want to go trick or treating. I don't like carving pumpkins but I do love them when they're painted. I mean seriously, look at these pumpkins! Aren't they awesome! So when the Hey Pumpkin Stamps and Dies came out I knew I had to have them.

Back to the card. I started by adding the piece of patterned paper from the Fall Pick-n-Mix Paper pack to the card base. Next I die cut the A-maze-ing Mini Cover Plate and leaving all the pieces together I added it to the card base with craft foam. I love going through corn mazes so I thought this die was appropriate.

I stamped the pumpkins with Mint to Be, Stone Blue and Melon Ice inks. The trunks are stamped in Over Coffee and the leaves are in Eucalyptus. I die cut all the images out and then adhered them to the panel with more craft foam. The little pumpkin is adhered directly to the other pumpkins. The sentiment is stamped on black and heat embossed with white embossing powder and you guessed it - added to the card base with craft foam.
