HEY PUMPKIN

I have been waiting patiently (that's questionable lol) for these pumpkins to arrive in the mail. I feel bad complaining about the mail taking so long (about 7 weeks) to arrive when there are so many other things going on that are more important but I know all you stampers out there will feel my pain ;)

So yesterday was the day! I pulled out the Bushels of Love stamps and dies, the Peeking Pets stamps and dies and along with the Hey Pumpkin set I had some FUN!!

You can see by the pic above that I used a lot of ink colors. I started by die cutting out all the images I used and more from white card stock and then stamping on to the cut outs. You can stamp first if you like but when I know I'm using a LOT of images on one card I like to position the die cut pieces around and get an idea of the final card and then stamp on the ones I'll be using.

Some of the pieces don't have the best coverage but that was user error. I decided I liked the basket like that - it made it look old.

It's almost October and it's officially FALL - My favorite time of the year! The colors of the leaves, the weather, sweaters and pumpkins!
