CANADA, EH! HOP WITH SCRAP'N STAMP

We've got 3 Canadian Prize Packs to give away for this hop. One for someone who comments on Facebook, one for someone who comments on our respective Instagram posts and of course one for someone who comments on the blog posts.

Now, I'll be honest. This was hard! I had all kinds of ideas but putting them to paper with what I had on hand was a different story. But I did have polar bears and I just learned that 2/3rd's of the worlds polar bears live in Canada? I didn't know that until today. So polar bears it is!

I used the Polar Bear Pals Stamps and dies and the balloons are from the Safari Party Stamp Set and they are all from My Favorite Things. The Cloud Stencil is also from MFT.

I stamped the bears with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink, colored them in with my limited collection of copic markers and cut them out with the coordinating dies.

I used Broken China Distress Oxide ink, a blending tool and the Cloud Stencil to fill a white piece of card stock with clouds. I cut out a few circles and tucked the bears in behind them. I stamped some balloons and colored them in with the same copic color pens.

I added a LOT of craft foam and then layered it onto a piece of patterned paper from the B&W Stripes Paper Pack also from MFT.

How are you spending your Canada Day?

We're spending it inside because it's POURING rain here today.

SO LET'S HOP!
And don't forget to leave a comment for a chance to win one of those gift packs.

Haha, I am blog hopping as the rain pours down in the Schuswap as well. I love your Canadian Polar Bears, and have this stamp on my wish list as it is super cute! I am new to card making and have never made Canada Day cards, but I will take note and perhaps make them in Red and White Scarves for next year😄
