I've got a card today using the following
the little 'I LOVE' is from the
I couldn't make up my mind which paper I wanted to use first on a card so I
cut out a bunch of squares (I have more ready to go for another card). I placed the 3 larger squares onto a panel and then added the inner square. I cut the panel down to the width of the 3 squares and then added a strip of Chocolate card stock. Next I stamped the I LOVE in Icing on the Cake ink, die cut the You from Chocolate card stock and added that to the panel with craft foam that I also cut using the You die. i added the whole panel to a card base with craft foam and that's it.
I love how simple this card is and yet there's a lot going on because of all the patterns. If mixing patterns stresses you out just be sure that they all have the same colors in them - then it totally works.
I'm not sure but I think the one I used isn't available (I'll check) so I linked to one that would be equally good if you want to make this card.
