THE BEST CURE IS OUT WEST

Sometimes you just need a hug. 
And what better bundle than the Wanna Hug Bundle from Catherine Pooler Designs to make a card with for someone who needs a hug.
Actually, truth be told, all three bundles from the Out West Release are amazing and would put a smile on anyone's face. 

I have a quick and easy card for you today that uses the 
My Kind Floral Stamp Set
and the 
My Kind Floral Dies

I started with a piece of water color paper that was 4 1/4 x 5 1/2", a water brush and some Seafoam and Skylight inks. I squeezed the ink pad so as to get some ink into the lid and squeezed a little water from the water brush into the ink into the lid. You could use a block to do this but the lid works great as well. Next I painted some imperfect stripes onto the water color paper. When it was dry I cut a panel out using the large stitched rectangle from the Postage Stamp Die set.

I stamped some flowers and leaves from the My Kind Floral stamp set using Skylight, Seafoam, Sugared Lavendar and Juniper Mist and cut them out with the coordinating dies. I die cut a couple flowers from plain white card stock and only stamped the centers of them. 

I stamped the sentiment with Juniper Mist ink and then arranged the flowers onto the card popping a couple of them up with craft foam for dimension. I attached the panel to a card base using craft foam.
