I'm Wild About The Wild About You Stamp Set

Catherine Pooler's Storybook Collection is AMAZING! 

The Father's Day Bundle has my heart. Not only is it good for masculine cards, it's great for Christmas cards, scenic cards, clean and simple cards, shaker cards...

I went with a clean and simple card today using the Wild About You Stamp Set and the Wild About You Dies along with the Buffalo Plaid Background Stamp. I also used two of the four new ink colors - Queen for a Day and Sage.

I started by stamping the Buffalo Plaid Background stamp onto a piece of Sand Dunes card stock with Queen for a Day ink. I loved how the purple of the ink changed to a more blue color when stamped on the Sand Dunes card stock.

I used a circle die to cut out a piece and added it to a white card panel. I stamped the deer in Sand Castle ink, the trees in Sage and Eucalyptus inks with Icing on the Cake for the trunks. I cut them all out with the coordinating dies.

The sentiment is stamped with versamark ink then heat set with white embossing powder. I adhered everything directly to the card except for one tree that I used craft foam for a bit of dimension.

I added the panel to a card base and called it done.

I love how this card turned out. The Father's Day Bundle is definitely going to get a LOT of love in my craft room!
