AMAZING!!
I was really wishing I had a record player to play some of my old records.
Yes, I'm that old that I know what records are ;) - 33's, 45's and my dad even had a bunch of old 78's too.

My card was inspired by the record player and of course the record.
I used the Circles Dies from Catherine Pooler to make the record. I used all but the 4 biggest dies of the set but I didn't die cut with them - I embossed with them.
This is how I store them.
To make the record I removed the 4 largest ones and left the rest taped together.
I made a 'sandwich' for my die-cutting machine in this order:
cutting plate
dies - facing up
card stock
embossing mat
cutting plate
And then I ran it through my die cutting machine.
I also cut out a white piece for the label.
I rubbed some Nuvo Morning Dew Crystal Drops over the record and once it dried it looked pretty realistic.
I used the CAS-ual Fridays Heart Note Die to make the needle and used craft foam to add the record and the needle to the patterned paper.
The letters are cut from black card stock using Neat and Tangled's Journaling Alpha Dies and adhered with Tombow liquid adhesive.
I used the CAS-ual Fridays Heart Beats stamp set for the sentiment on the inside of the card and added one heart note die in white for a clean and simple look.
Now it's your turn to get creative but first check out the rest of the design teams cards HERE and then I'll see you in the gallery.
Happy Stampin'
and thanks so much for visiting!
