A Pineapple Party at The Card Concept

For the newest challenge at The Card Concept we're having a Pineapple Party.
You're right. There's no pineapple on my card. How can it be a Pineapple Party if there's no pineapple on my card?
Well, my pineapple was in my drink and I drank it!

I was inspired by the stripes in the background and the leaves to make my clean and simple card. Where's the pineapple you ask? Well, I don't have any pineapple stamps. Yes, I could've gotten creative and made one with a couple of stamps that would work but honestly, I wasn't feeling it. And that's okay. Whatever way this photo inspires you to create is perfect. The key is to create and have fun.

I used the Party Dress Mini Ink Pad from Catherine Pooler Designs (actually all my products today are from Catherine Pooler Designs except for the stitcched rectangle die I used on the card panel - that's from lawn fawn) and swiped it across the card panel a few times to make the stripes. Next I took one of my favorite sentiments from the Fearless Pursuit Stamp Set from the Tropically Yours Stamp of Approval collection from Catherine Pooler Designs and stamped it in Midnight Ink.
I added this panel to the card base then stamped a few of the leaves from the Tropically Yours stamp set also from the same SOA collection using Lime Rickey and Melon Ice ink and then cut them out with their coordinating die. I adhered some of them directly to the card panel and popped a couple of them up with craft foam.
