Staying on Track

I decided I needed a way to track my weight loss and I'm hoping if
have a fun way to keep track of it that I might stay more focused.
I searched around on Pinterest and found quite a few ideas that I liked
so I combined a few and came up with this one.

I started by sketching out an idea in pencil and then going over it with a black Micron pen.
Next I used a few Tombow markers to add some color and some shading.
Pretty simple right?

I've discovered after doing a few pages that I like to keep things pretty clean and simple in my planner. That kind of surprises me actually. I thought I would do more stamping in it than I actually do. I see other peoples pages that are full of bright colors and lots of stamping and think 'I love that!' but when I create a page I keep it pretty simple.

I put a few tabs in the back of my Canvo for pages like this and for other things that I want to keep track of but don't want mixed up with my weekly and monthly spreads. I've got addresses, passwords, ideas for classes and clubs and videos (yes, I'm going to start doing more videos), and I have ideas for more things I want to track.

This is by far the best planner that I've ever used. I can change it up from day to day, week to week, month to month and make it personal to me. The paper quality is incredible and the size is perfect. I pretty much take it with me wherever I go.
It makes me happy :)

Happy Stampin'
and thanks so much for visiting!
