Hi everyone! Welcome to Day 3 of Catherine Pooler's All That Jazz release.
Also being released are the the products from the Counting Blessing Stamp of Approval Collection. You should have arrived from Kristie's Blog but if you're starting with mine, the full hop list is below.
My first three cards use products from both of the new releases.
I used the new CP Design card stock called Sand Dunes to stamp the Doing The Polka background stamp onto. I used versamark ink and heat set it with white embossing powder. This may be my favorite item in the whole release! The flower is from the Blooming Bouquet set, stamped in Tutti Frutti and a little Rockin' Red and die cut with a coordinating die. All the 'greenery' is from the Grateful Heart set, stamped in versamark, heat set with whisper white embossing powder and cut out with the coordinating dies. I LOVE that there are coordinating dies with these sets! The sentiment is from the Good Things set and stamped with Icing on the Cake ink. This card makes me happy!
This second card features the Black Tie Gala designer paper and the Grateful Heart stamp set (more favorites of mine). I used the Tags Etc dies to cut the tag and added it to some craft foam for dimension. The flower swag is stamped onto vellum with versamark and heat set with white embossing powder (I've been doing that a lot lately) and die cut, yes, you guessed it, with the coordinating die. I used a blender pen with Tutti Frutti and Green Tea ink to color the back side of the vellum. I added it to the tag along with the white embossed sentiment and some baker's twine.
I used the Marching Leaves stencil, sponged Green Tea and Eucalyptus inks onto some colored cardstock. I rotated the stencil and sponged on some white pigment ink. The leaves are stamped with versamark onto vellum card stock and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The sentiment is stamped with Icing on the Cake and Eucalyptus. A little bit of linen thread and some sponging of the edges finishes this one off.
The next two cards use products from the Counting Blessings Collection. The tear drop stamp is from the Leaf Motifs set and the sentiment is pieced together from the Autumn Blessing set. Change out the colors and the sentiment and this will work for so many different occasions.
My last card uses the Blooming Bouquet set. I stamped the flowers and the sentiment with Midnight ink onto watercolor paper. I masked off the flowers, inked up the leaves and gave them a spritz of water before stamping them. I used a water brush to paint in the flowers with Tutti Frutti and Tiki Torch inks. Once they were dry I added a few black ink spatters to finish it off.
Time to keep hopping. Check out Lydia Evans next - she's incredible! Here's the complete blog list for you in case you missed any.
Be sure to leave comments at all the stops because Catherine is giving away two ink pads with free shipping to five random commenters. Good luck!

might be vellum. Great card.
The use of the leaves stencil makes an
interesting card - has a jungle vibe to it.
The tag on the card is fantastic.
So many wonderful projects.
