Hugs & Kisses

It's day 2 of the 3 day blog hops for Stamp of Approval Love is in The Air Collection. There's still time to get on the Wait List - I have a feeling this collection will be selling out very quickly.

If you missed the first day you can find that HERE. If you hop along be sure
to leave comments on every stop for all 3 days because Catherine will be
giving away 3 of the Love is in The Air Collections to 3 lucky commenters.
Who knows, it could be you!

I was blown away by all the cards I saw today. Can't wait for day 3!

While I'm not part of today's hop I do have some more cards to share with
you - I can't stop making them.

I used all 4 of the stamp sets on my first card. I just love how they all work together, which is how the collection is designed.

I've really been enjoying the rainbow cards that I've been seeing lately so I decided to give it a try. I started with the two rows of rainbow colors using Rockin' Red, Orange Twist, Tiara, Grass Skirt, Something Borrowed, Sweet Sixteen and Flirty Fuchsia.  After I did that I just started adding other stamps without an actual plan in mind. This card really took me out of my comfort zone and I had to ask for some advice on what to do with it. Originally I had it on a grey card base but it wasn't working. On the advice of some very talented ladies I switched it to a white base and then it worked for me. (Thanks Ladies). Usually my attempts at rainbow cards all end up in the trash, so I'm very pleased with how this one turned out.

This next one was much easier for me. It features the Love is in The Air stamp set, The World Awaits stamp set and the Sunburst Die.

I used the Sunburst die on some white cardstock that I had swiped Tiara and Tiki Torch inks across. I love the brushed look. I stamped the clouds with Black Jack ink that I had stamped off 2, 3 and 4 times. The raindrops are stamped with It's a Boy ink. I wanted the sentiment to stand out a little more than it was so I stamped the 'Everything' with versamark onto black cardstock, then heat set it with white embossing powder and popped it up with some craft foam.
The sunburst was also added with craft foam. To make that easier to do I diecut it out of the craft foam but left it in place. I then added some liquid glue to the foam piece and added the paper piece. I placed a block on top and let it set while I finished the card. When it's dry, you just pop it out and add it the card.

Be sure to click on the links above for today's hop and yesterday's hop.
And remember to leave comments for your chance to win your very own

I love both cards but the first one really catches my attention. I love the sun die you used on the second card. Thank you for sharing.
