Peace & Joy

When I saw that the inspiration photo for this challenge at
was purple ornaments I struggled a bit.
Purple is not a color I gravitate to often.

I decided to keep things really simple. I embossed the ornaments in
silver and then used my Zig markers to watercolor each ornament.
I added some sparkle with the Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen.
I love the added bit of festive feel the sparkle gives.

Check out the rest of the DT's cards HERE.
And I look forward to seeing your card in the gallery.

I think I'll be using purple more often.

Happy Stampin'
and thanks so much for visiting!

Ok, I have been looking at all your gorgeous cards, one post after another...have to say I am your newest BIG fan! I love your style, and your cards are all so beautiful! This is stunning...the silver embossing is so beautifully paired with the purple (I agree, I would not quickly reach for it but so glad you did!)! I am your newest follower...looking forward to future posts!
