Who wouldn't like to receive a card telling them
'You make a difference'. I think it would make anyone
feel happy.
I used the color challenge at CAS-ual Fridays and the theme
at Shopping Our Stash to inspire me for this card.
The star fish is from the Picture Perfect stamp set from Stampin' Up! I've
had that set for months and have never inked it up. I was pulling the
retired sets off my shelf when it caught my eye and decided to use it.
Not sure why I waited so long.
I used some Catherine Pooler inks to watercolor the background.
The strip of designer paper is from a retired Stampin' Up! pack.
The sentiment is from a stamp and die combo designed by
CAS-ual Fridays exclusively for Stamp of Approval
When I was organizing my craft room the other day, (it's a work in progress
but I'm getting there) I realized I have a lot of retired paper, embellishments
and quite a few stamp sets that have never been inked.
So I decided that I need to use what I have before I purchase more things
except for necessities of course :) for example I need more
Catherine Pooler inks and ink is a necessity because you can't stamp
without ink :) lol
