Let The Bliss Begin

I recently ordered one of the monthly card kits from
Simon Says Stamp and loved it!!

Check it out!

I knew I was going to play in the challenge at CAS-ual Fridays again as
soon as I saw the paper pack - it's gorgeous!!
I did stamp the card base using a very old text stamp from Stampin' Up!
It was actually one of the old wheel stamps that I took apart so I could
use laying flat.

The heart is from a die set called Swirly Scribbles from Stampin' Up!
I embossed one of the sentiments from the gorgeous stamp set that came
in the kit with early espresso embossing powder onto vellum paper and
adhered it with a couple of very tiny drops of glue behind the letters that come
in contact with the heart - I hope it stays put!
I ran the heart die through the big shot with some craft foam and then
glued the paper heart to that for some dimension.

I love how this one turned out.

You've still got a few days to play along with the challenge.
Why don't you check it out HERE.

Happy Stampin'
and thanks so much for visiting!

This is gorgeous! I'm amazed at how you attached that vellum - it looks like it's floating.
