Mixin' it Up!

Lately the weather has not been very spring like - it's been a little more
like fall here which is probably why I was drawn to these papers today.

I used the sketch challenge at CAS(E) this Sketch and the theme of
mixing two patterned papers from Seize the Birthday to inspire me.

The sentiment is a dies set from Penny Black called Celebrations. I die
cut it with early espresso cardstock and added it to some foam sheet.

TIP for diecutting sentiments with craft foam:

1- die cut the sentiment with the cardstock
2 - die cut the sentiment with the craft foam sheet and don't remove it.

3 - apply glue to the cardstock sentiment and add to the foam

4 - place a clear block on top for 10 minutes or so to set the glue

Now go check out the challenges and have some fun with them.

Happy Stampin'

Thank you Barbara :) the paper is a mixture of Stampin Up and a pack I found at a dollar store.
