I've been thinking about the challenge at Seize the Birthday for
the last few days. The theme is water. I had some different ideas
but none that I really liked. While I was working on this card a
lightbulb went off in my head. I realized I was using
watercolor pencil crayons!
I just recently purchased the watercolor pencil crayons and I know
I have a lot to learn on how to use them but one thing's for sure -
they are a lot of fun to work with!
I've got a pile of scrap dsp pieces on my desk that I'm trying to
work my way through. I found a few coordinating pieces and
put them together for the background. After fussy cutting the
girl out, I popped it up on some fun foam.
If you have some time today you should check out the challenge.
While you're at it, check out the ABC Challenge - this week
the challenge is anything goes.
