Fa la la la la

After lying on the beach in Cuba for a week I was a little slow
getting back into my craft room - had to do laundry and yard work but
today I get to play! And I'm starting with the challenge at Merry Monday.
The challenge is to make a card based on a Christmas carol and after
a few different ones ran through my head I settled on Deck the Halls but
now I can't seem to get it out of my head :)

I came across this dsp while I was cleaning up my craft desk. I have no
idea how old it is or where it came from but I knew I was going to use
it. To make the 'jolly' more of a focal point I also die cut it out of
fun foam. I love that stuff! I embossed the sentiment and called it
a day. Time to make some cards!

Happy Stampin'
and thanks so much for visiting!

Love that paper, Susan, and what an honor that your first card was for Merry Monday! Now let's sing...Deck the halls...

Susan I really like how you put your card together. The dsp really was the clincher for this card. :)

Love that popped sentiment! That's one of my favorite dies, and it does really well with the foam. The background is perfect.
