It's Sunday and you know what that means? It means it's time
for a new challenge at Christmas Card Challenges. This week it's
an anything goes challenge and those are always fun!
I used two retired stamp sets from Stampin' Up! that are still among
my favorites and I use them every year. I stamped the poinsettia twice
onto some vellum using versamark ink and then embossed them with
white embossing powder.
I didn't color the front of them - I colored the back of them with some blendabilities. If you do this I should warn you that the back does not look pretty at all but when you flip it back over and look at the front -
you'll definitely be impressed.
I cut the center out of one of the poinsettias and added it with
dimensionals over top of the larger one.
