at Less is More and a color challenge at Colour Me...! It always
amazes me how difficult a card can be when things like color and layout
are already decided for you. It isn't always like that but sometimes...
The idea I first tried was a total flop - it's sitting on my desk
challenging me to make it into something - I'm just not sure
what that will be yet. I decided to go with flowers. I mean,
really, you can never go wrong with flowers. A simple greeting
and some clear sequins (that seem to look purple in the photo)
and a few score lines under the image - not sure if you can see
them in the photo but if you look close you should be able to.
What I loved about this challenge most is the color combo. It is
not one I would have chosen on my own and I really love it. So
much so that I decided to make another card while I had the
supplies out. For this one I made the background with a stencil,
stamping and sponging - my daughter thought it was DSP - YAY!
